Z lavice do akce! was created as part of the iKAP II project with Charles University. Tomáš Vavrda and Taťána Beránková Císařová served as expert advisers and developed its concept together with the rest of the team. Here you can listen to two selected conversations from 2022 in which they discuss the changing role of teachers, team teaching and the EVA programme. Both recordings are in Czech.
What would education look like if we could design it from scratch? Taťána and host Miky Škoda explore how to prepare students for life using current knowledge, technology and teaching experience, beyond the requirements of the existing system. Drawing on her experience teaching entrepreneurship at the Heroldovy sady Business Academy, she shares successes and mistakes and considers the responsibility each of us has for the future of education.
What happens when a teacher and an entrepreneur lead lessons together? In conversation with Veronika Haissingerová, Taťána and Tomáš explain how they met, how their collaboration began and why teaching together works for them. They discuss preparing for team teaching, its advantages and benefits, and how students respond to it. The conversation also introduces EVA, an alternative economics education programme at the Heroldovy sady Business Academy, where Taťána teaches entrepreneurship.
