Teaching economics through practice
How can we help first-year students take useful notes and make sense of what they learn?
While identifying topics for the new school year, the discussion centred on note-taking, learning and AI. Participants highlighted the need to help students find their own ways to record ideas. One practical suggestion was to introduce key words and questions at the start of a lesson, then revisit them through recall at the beginning of the next.
